The Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity Bulldogs' footbal team fell to Royalton 42-16 Oct. 25, ending its season in the Section 4A semifinals. LP/HT end the year with an 8-2 overall record.

Lakers FB season comes to an end
The Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers' football team fell to Maple Lake 31-21 in Maple Lake Oct. 21 in the opening round of Section 4AA. The Lakers tied the game up at 14 in the second quarter, but the Irish followed that up by returning a kick-off for a touchdown to take a 21-14 lead, and never looked back. HLWW ends its season with a 4-5 overall record.
